Go for Life is the name given to Age and Opportunity's exercise initiative aimed at older people

Go for Life is the name given to Age and Opportunity's exercise initiative aimed at older people. It is carried out in collaboration with the Irish Sports Council and the aim is to get older people to be more physically active. Tutors are available to speak to groups about the exercise programme which puts the emphasis on walking. The target is to get older people walking 100 minutes per week.
