Telling about telesales

Senior College Ballyfermot, Dublin, will hold an open day on this Thursday at the Centre for Creative and Emerging Technologies (CCET), 19-21 Dame Street, Dublin, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The college will do a presentation on various aspects of the international tele-services courses, including entry requirements, trans-national placements and career paths.
