Marine matters

A lecture on seals and other marine mammals will be given in the National Museum, Kildare Street, Dublin, tomorrow at 1 p.m. by Emer Rogan, of UCC. It's one of a series of free lunch-time lectures organised by the museum to stimulate thought and appreciation of the sea. The following Wednesday John de Courcy Ireland, a member of France's Academie de Marine, will talk about Ireland's contribution to maritime history.
