The work of 13 Transition Year finalists in a food-safety competition will be on view at the Institution of Engineers of Ireland offices in Dublin later this month. The judging of the IEI food engineering competition, which this year is on the theme of "food safety", will take place over the course of the afternoon on Thursday, May 20th. Visitors are welcome between 2 and 3.30 p.m. at the IEI, 22 Clyde Road, Dublin. The winner will receive £1,000, the second prize is £300 and the third is £200.
