An international conference on practice and policy in early childhood care and education, "Enhancing Quality in the Early Years" is taking place in Dublin this Friday and Saturday, November 19th and 20th. The speakers include Professor Anne Smith of New Zealand who will look at the early childhood curriculum; Dr Gillian Pugh from London, who will look at policy in relation to early childhood; and Professor Tricia David of Canterbury Christ Church College, who will give the keynote address on early childhood education and care from an international perspective.
