The Sea Alarm Foundation is an international organisation the aim of which is to respond quickly to accidents at sea that result in large numbers of sealife getting covered in oil. The SAF is holding its annual conference in Balbriggan, Co Dublin, from November 1st to 3rd in conjunction with the Irish Seal Santuary. See also www.irishsealsantuary.ie
