Motorists who gave other drivers "the two fingers" should automatically lose their licences, a judge has stated.
At Ballinasloe District Court, Judge James O'Sullivan fined Fergal O'Neill, of Brackernagh, Ballinasloe, £50 and put him off the road for six months when told how he gave a "Harvey Smith" to a garda whom he had overtaken.
