An action for constructive dismissal against the diocese of Cloyne and its bishop, Dr John Magee, is scheduled for hearing at the Employment Appeals Tribunal in Cork on Wednesday. The action is being taken by Mr Damian Jones, former administrative secretary of the diocese.
