British Army bomb disposal experts have made safe a device found at a GAA ground in Co Down yesterday evening.
The RUC said the device was "crude" and contained a shotgun cartridge in a wooden box. It was discovered behind one of the goals at the Frank Russell GAA pitch in Downpatrick.
