The GAA has announced details of Ireland's two match International rules series in Australia next October.

The GAA has announced details of Ireland's two match International rules series in Australia next October.

The first test will take place in Melbourne on Friday, 12th October. The second test will be played in Adelaide on Friday, 19th October. Both games will have evening starts.

Australia won the series in 2000 after defeating Brian McEniff's side 55-47 and 68-51 at Croke Park last October.

Dublin travel agents Abbey Travel will be making the necessary travel arrangements. No plans have yet been finalised for the official party.
