A two-day international conference on police governance and accountability starts tomorrow at the University of Limerick.

Organised by the college’s law school, topics to be discussed will include the impact of Scottish devolution on policing, and community consultation, technology and complaints procedures. It will also examine relationships with vulnerable groups, including racial minorities and asylum seekers.
