Conduit said Oftel's delay in introducing full competition in the UK may impact on its ability to grow its UK market share and revenues this year.

But it said it remains confident Oftel will deregulate the UK market in the near future.

Conduit said it has opened three new call centres in Dublin, Cardiff and Biel and doubled the size of its Vienna centre over the year to March 31st 2001.
