Goma - The leader of one of the rebel forces in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) was yesterday due to head to Uganda for ceasefire talks, his movement said.
Mr Emile Ilunga's wing of the Congolese Rally for Democracy (RCD) - based in Goma on the Rwandan border - also declared a public holiday yesterday for the first anniversary of the uprising against President Laurent Kabila.
