The man who died in a crash outside Ballymoney, Co Antrim, was yesterday named as Mr Neil Moran (32), of Donaghbrook Crescent, Ballymoney. He was killed when his car collided with two vehicles between Ballymoney and Ballymena on Monday. Mr Moran is the 26th person killed on the North's roads this year.
