UEFA have charged Besiktas with the improper conduct of their fans following Tuesday's Champions League match against Chelsea.
The game, played in the AufSchalke Arena in Gelsenkirchen, Germany following the recent terrorist attacks in Istanbul, saw missiles and flares thrown on to the pitch.
Both the referee's and the delegate's reports included the incidents which will be investigated at the UEFA control and disciplinary body's next meeting on February 21st.
