A truck driver involved in a crash in which five people were killed appeared at Wicklow District Court yesterday charged with dangerous driving causing death.
Mr Victor Teggart (27), of Markethill, Armagh, was the driver of a truck which collided with a school minibus on the N11 near Arklow on September 14th, last. Five people, including two children, were killed.
Mr Teggart was remanded on continuing bail to appear at Arklow District Court on January 18th next.
