Buenos Aires - Argentina's Supreme Court ruled on Wednesday that cases involving baby thefts during the last 1976-1983 dictatorship will be presided over by federal courts and not military tribunals.

Recently Argentina's Joint Chiefs of Staff moved to take control of the investigation. This was interpreted as an attempt to frustrate the inquiry.
