A man has been arrested by detectives investigating the murders of two soldiers outside a military base in Northern Ireland.

A man has been arrested by detectives investigating the murders of two soldiers outside a military base in Northern Ireland.

Sappers Mark Quinsey (23) and Patrick Azimkar (21) were shot dead at the gates of Massereene army barracks in March. The 44-year-old man, detained by police on Tuesday night, was also questioned about the attempted murder of five other people in the same gun attack on March 7th. One man has already been been charged with the murders.
