Bank staff and customers were treated for shock after a hold-up by armed robbers in Dublin.
The raid happened at the Bank of Ireland in Newlands Cross, Clondalkin, just after 10am.
Two masked men, one brandishing a firearm, entered the bank and threatened staff, before they fled on foot with less than €5,000.
Personal items belonging to customers were also taken.
A Garda spokeswoman said no-one was physically injured during the incident, but a paramedic treated several people at the scene. No-one was taken to hospital.
Gardaí in Clondalkin appealed for information on the men, who ran towards Boot Road.
The raid was the seventh armed robbery in Dublin and Wicklow in the last five days.
Garda Commissioner Martin said today he was satisfied the people involved in most of the robberies were known to gardai and would face arrest in the coming days.
Gardaí in Crumlin who are investigating the armed robbery of a cash-in-transit van at a service station on Walkinstown Avenue on Saturday today arrested two men and a woman following a search operation in south Dublin.
A number of houses were searched and gardaí recovered a firearm and a large amount of cash, a Garda spokesman said. A woman in 20s and two men, aged in their 20s and 40s, were arrested.
They are currently detained under Section 30 of the Offences against the State Act, 1939, at Crumlin and Sundrive Road Garda stations, a Garda spokesman said.
The recent jump in the crimes, and the stabbings at a concert in the Phoenix Park in Dublin nine days ago, will be discussed at a meeting between Minister for Justice Alan Shatter and Garda Commissioner Martin Callinan this week.
