London - The disgraced novelist and Conservative Party peer, Lord Jeffrey Archer, will not repay damages and costs he won from the Daily Star newspaper in a 1987 libel trial, the newspaper said yesterday.
The paper said it had received a letter from Lord Archer's lawyer explaining this.
