London - Prince Andrew has ruled out remarrying his former wife, the Duchess of York, because of opposition from his mother Queen Elizabeth, the Sun tabloid reported yesterday. The duchess, or Fergie as she is popularly known from her maiden name Sarah Ferguson, hinted in a newspaper interview at the weekend that she would like to marry Andrew again.
The Sun said Prince Andrew had stunned guests at a lunch hosted by the Prime Minister, Mr Tony Blair, when he complained bitterly that the queen was refusing to let him remarry Fergie.
