A 19-year-old Belfast man was last night charged with possessing ammunition. He was arrested after the RUC uncovered pipe-bomb and home-made explosive components at the Ross House flat complex in the predominantly loyalist Mount Vernon area of north Belfast on Sunday. He is expected to appear at Belfast Magistrates' Court this morning.
