LONDON - An airline passenger had to be restrained in mid-flight yesterday after attacking crew and passengers on a Virgin Atlantic jet. The American became violent and abusive as the Virgin Boeing 757 flew from Orlando, Florida, to Manchester with 225 customers and 11 crew aboard.
