Agency's new premises opened

The new premises of the Combat Poverty Agency were opened yesterday by the Minister for Social Welfare, Mr De Rossa

The new premises of the Combat Poverty Agency were opened yesterday by the Minister for Social Welfare, Mr De Rossa. Speaking at the opening, the agency's chairwoman, Ms Anna Lee, said "the new facilities are an important development in strengthening the agency's role as a centre of expertise and advice on tackling poverty".

The new premises are in Islandbridge, Dublin, and have improved library facilities and meeting rooms.
