An allocation of £15 million to 14 local drug task forces in the State has been announced by the Minister of State for Tourism, Sport and Recreation, Mr Eoin Ryan. The allocations would fund a total of 45 projects in three task-force areas, Mr Ryan said - 16 in Cork, 14 in Ballymun, Dublin, and 15 in the Dublin 12 area, made up of Crumlin, Drimnagh, Kimmage and Walkinstown.
