Kigali - Fourteen people were hacked to death in an attack in central Rwanda on Sunday evening, the Rwandan News Agency (RNA) reported yesterday. Six children were among those killed in the attack in the early evening in Ruhango trading centre, 80 km south of the capital, Kigali.
