DUBLIN:

From today it is proposed that Wyckham Way, Dundrum will be temporarily closed until November 28th, 2007. An alternative route will be Ballinteer Road, Wyckham Way to Sandyford Road.

Local access will be maintained. A traffic management plan will be in operation and diversions will be signposted.

From 5am on Saturday, November 4th, until Sunday, November 5th, at 8pm, Belgard Square West, Tallaght will close. This is in order to facilitate the dismantling of a tower crane from the Danninger Tallaght 1 Project Site.

Alternative routes are via Belgard Square North, Cookstown Way, Old Blessington Road.

From November 6th to November 18th Sheriff Street will be closed. During the period of closure, the following diversion routes will apply: Traffic from Seville Place and Guild Street to be diverted to Guild Street, North Wall Quay and New Wapping Street.

Traffic from East Road and Sheriff Street Upper to be diverted to New Wapping Street, North Wall Quay and Guild Street.

The temporary closure is to facilitate the delivery of a transformer to the new ESB station.

Until November 30th, St James Walk is closed.

Traffic approaching from Rialto is diverted via SCR, Dolphin's Barn Street, Cork Street, Marrowbone Lane and Forbes Lane to Long's Place. Traffic approaching from Long's Place is diverted via Forbes lane. Marrowbone Lane, Cork Street, Dolphin's Barn Street and SCR.

WICKLOW:

Until early 2008, roadworks are in place on the N11 Kilpeddar Interchange. Two lanes of traffic will remain open at all times.

KILKENNY:

Until November 3rd, approx the N10 closes every day from 8am to 8pm between Danesfort and Stoneyford for roadworks which are in place over a five kilometre stretch.

There are diversions in place if you want to avoid these roadworks, via Knocktopher and Thomastown on the N9 and also via Gowran.

SLIGO:

Until late-November works and stop/go system in place on the N59 at Skreen. So expect delays.

TIPPERARY:

Until November 5th expect delays on the N7 between Birdhill and Nenagh, due to roadworks at Ballywilliam. Diversions are signposted at Toomevara for Limerick bound traffic, which should exit the N7 at Toomevara through Dolla and the Silvermines to get back on the N7 at Roundhill.

There's a speed limit restriction of 50km/h and also a stop/go system in place.

Until November 14th works on the N8 between Cashel and Horse & Jockey are in place. Traffic cones and a 50km speed limit are in place.

CORK:

From Friday, November 3rd, to Saturday, November 4th , St Finbarr's Road will be closed from Noonan's Road to Bandon Road, for resurfacing works.

On Friday November 3rd, Vicar Street will be closed from 8am to 6pm.
