CAUGHT IN GALWAY:Porsche
were back testing in Ireland last week. The premium German marque
was caught testing its four-door Panamera coupé last Saturday
outside Oranmore, Co Galway.
The car is not due for launch until 2009. Reader Shane McDonnell spotted two German-registered test cars with light camouflage and vidoed them on his mobile phone.
The cars were part of a small convoy of vehicles heading for Dublin. Motors had previously spotted the Panamera testing in Germany back on July 11th, but this is the first time the car has been spotted testing in Ireland.
Porsche often use the west of Ireland - with its winding roads and bumpy surfaces - for testing upcoming models.
