The bag – the Elvie, spotted on the arms of A-listers such as Angelina Jolie, Christina Aguilera and Cynthia Nixon – is a patent leather tote with pleated detailing and metal hardware, and comes with a certificate of authenticity. The store is currently taking bids for the bag, which they expect to retail at around €1,000 – but who knows what will happen when the claws come out?
