Maleficent gardens

Take a bow, Powerscourt in Co Wicklow for ranking high in as earned the estate third place in National Geographic’s list of the World’s Top 10 Gardens – beating the Château of Versailles inFrance and the Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew. The gardens and the house are big bridal venues, and its cascading waterfalls, ivy covered round tower, Japanese garden and lush herbaceous borders are the back drop for many a wedding album. Here it is the setting for photographer Táine King’s Maleficient themed shoot, with the model dressed in a rental gown by Covet- the borrowers’ boudoir . She chose Powerscourt because it has all the glamour, magic and classical beauty of Angelina Jolie’s Malificient.
