A ray of sunshine, in the menus, if not the weather, comes to the Four Seasons Hotel in Ballsbridge, May 16th-30th, when Seasons restaurant, the Lobby Lounge and the Café will be offering Indian specialities alongside their usual menus.

The "Indian Experience" was proposed by Avinash Mohan and Sandeep Singh, who are both sous chefs in Seasons, and who will bring a very personal flavour to the promotion. Dishes on the special menu they have created for the restaurant will include Sunehara Jhinga(grilled marinated jumbo prawns with saffron and yoghurt and mango mustard); Lamb Kalimirch (pepper and fennel-infused lean lamb with shallots, vine tomato and fresh coriander); Poha(flaked rice, tempered with mustard, curry leaves and dried chillies) and Gajar Ka Halwa(warm carrot pudding with grilled pineapple and lemon sorbet).
