Work on Castlebar retail and business park well advanced

Construction work is well advanced on the first building in a new retail park planned for Castlebar, Co Mayo. The Dublin Road Retail and Business Park will eventually have over 230,000 sq ft of retail warehousing and office accommodation in 17 buildings along with 450 car-parking spaces. DTZ Sherry FitzGerald and Flannelly Auctioneers are joint agents for the scheme, which is being carried out by local developer, TJ Gaughan construction.
