Wigoders to be first on Northside Business Park

Wigoders home decorators and Hickey's Fabrics are to be the first tenants in the Northside Business Park which is to open next month beside Northside Shopping Centre in Dublin. Agents Mason Owen Lyons and Ganly Walters are quoting rents in excess of £15 per sq ft for the 36,500 sq ft development, of which 21,000 sq ft is still available. The space still on the market can be divided into two or three separate units which would be ideal for furniture, electrical goods, tiles and toys.
