The Phillips Partnership is selling 33 bungalows off the plans at Seacliff on Dunbur Road, south of Wicklow town. The four-bedroom bungalows cost from £329,500 (€418,465) and are spacious at 2,400 sq ft. They comprise two reception rooms with fireplaces, a kitchen/ breakfast room and a separate utility room.

With coastal and mountain views, the development is low density, with only three bungalows to every acre. The first phase of smaller detached bungalows sold last summer. More than a mile from Wicklow main street and within five minutes of Brittas Bay, Seacliff is also five minutes by car from Wicklow railway station. Viewing times are on Sunday from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. or by appointment.
