Evidence that strong demand for new homes is not confined to the Dublin suburbs was provided last weekend when all 40 houses in a new development at Navan sold at a total value of £5.2 million. Four-bedroom semis in The Priory scheme in Johnstown made £127,995 to £134,995, according to Eoin O'Neill of selling agent Ross McParland. Bookings are being taken for 20 smaller houses priced from £99,995 for two-bed units with 795 sq ft. Three-bedroom homes with 1,050 sq ft cost from £118,995.
