Sherry FitzGerald fetched £620,000 (€787,237) at auction for 205 Upper Rathmines Road, an Edwardian five-bedroom mid-terrace house.

Also in Rathmines, 19 Fortfield Terrace, a four-bedroom semi-detached house, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is seeking £440,000 (€558,684).

A semi-detached house currently in seven units at 2 Kenilworth Park, Harold's Cross was withdrawn at £435,000 (€552,336) and is under negotiation through GWD.

In Dartry, a four-bedroom detached house at 15 Dartry Park was withdrawn at £660,000 (€838,027) and sold later for a higher figure through Gunne Residential.

In Ranelagh, 35 Ashfield Road, a five-bedroom Victorian house, was sold after auction for over £400,000 (€507,895) by Sherry FitzGerald.

South Dublin

A four-bedroom house at 72 Coliemore Road, Dalkey, was sold at auction for £680,000 (€863,421) through Lisney.

In Dun Laoghaire, 8 Myrtle Park, a five-bedroom semi-detached house, was withdrawn at £290,000 (€368,224) and is under negotiation through Lisney.

Elsewhere in Dun Laoghaire, a two-bedroom cottage at 10 Mulgrave Street was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £205,000 (€260,296).

In Leopardstown, Dublin 18, a five-bedroom detached house, 47 Laurleen, was withdrawn by HOK Residential, which is seeking £495,000 (€628,520).

A four-bedroom detached house at 6 Newpark Lodge, Foxrock was sold at a Lisney auction for £540,000 (€685,658).

Still in Foxrock, a five-bedroom detached house on 0.44 acres, Two Hoots on Westminster Road, was withdrawn by Lisney which is seeking £990,000 (€1.25m).

In Blackrock, a two-bedroom bungalow at 117 Carysfort Park, Carysfort Avenue, was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good which is seeking £300,000 (€380,921).

A three-bedroom detached bungalow, Sea Glimpse at 2a Deerpark Road, Mount Merrion, was sold at auction for £565,000 (€717,402) by Douglas Newman Good.

On Trees Road, number 40, a four-bedroom semi-detached house, was sold at a Sherry FitzGerald auction for £557,000 (€707,244).

In Churchtown, a three-bedroom bungalow, Seoda, at 52 Woodlawn Park, was withdrawn at £420,000 (€533,289) by Sherry FitzGerald, which is seeking £450,000 (€571,382).

Dublin 2 and 4

A four-bedroom semi-detached house at 97 Strand Road, Sandymount, was sold at a HOK Residential auction for £765,000 (€971,349) through HOK Residential.

In Donnybrook, HOK Residential secured £775,000 (€984,047) at auction for 96 Marlborough Road, a twostorey over garden level period house currently arranged in five units.

A three-storey four-bedroom house at 19 Ballsbridge Terrace was withdrawn at £610,000 (€774,540) and sold later for a higher figure through Bennetts.

In Sandymount, 2 Wilfield Road, a four-bedroom semi-detached house, made £655,000 (€831,678) through Sherry FitzGerald.

North Dublin

In Dublin 3, 215 Mount Prospect Avenue, Clontarf, made £710,000 (€901,514) at a HOK Residential auction.

On the Clontarf Road, number 421, a three-bedroom semidetached house, made £440,000 (€558,684) through Sherry FitzGerald.

Still in Clontarf, a three-bedroom house at 29 Vernon Avenue was withdrawn at £245,000 (€311,085) and is under negotiation through Herman White.

In Dublin 9, a strong price of £548,000 (€695,816) was secured at a Douglas Newman Good auction for 42 Iona Road, Glasnevin, a five-bedroom semi-detached house.

A three-bedroom mid-terrace house at 20 Belvedere Avenue in Dublin 7 was sold at auction for £160,000 (€203,158) through McNally Handy.

A derelict cut-stone house on 0.5 acres at Parnellstown, Ballyboughil, Co Dublin was sold at a Lisney auction for £170,000 (€215,855).

In Balrothery, Co Dublin, The Glebe, a six-bedroom house on three acres, was withdrawn at £765,000 (€1.07m) and is under negotiation through Ganly Walters.

Wicklow

J P & M DOYLE is quoting £115,000 (€146,019) for 28.5 acres at Rathnabo, Blessington, following its withdrawal from auction.

A five-bedroom detached house at Eagle Valley, Powerscourt, Enniskerry was withdrawn at £765,000 (€971,349) and is under negotiation through John Clare & Associates.

Nearby, two houses on 6.2 acres on the Bray Road, Enniskerry, was withdrawn in one lot and is under negotiation through Jackson-Stops.

Provincial

In Co Meath, a four-bedroom detached house, Greenogue in Killsallaghan, Ashbourne, was withdrawn by Lisney which is seeking £620,000 (€787,237).

A bungalow on 0.2 acres at Growney Street, Athboy, was sold at auction for £85,000 (€107,927) by Sherry FitzGerald-Harlin Farrelly.

The same agent withdrew a house on a 0.5-acre development site at Johnstown, Navan, at £257,000 (€326,322). It is currently under negotiation.

A 45-acre non-residential farm at Fennor, Slane was withdrawn by Smith Auctioneers, which is seeking £300,000 (€380,921).

Still in Co Meath, 12.5 acres, seven of which are zoned high density, at Ballivor Village was withdrawn at £800,000 (€1.01 million) by Sherry FitzGeraldRoyal which is seeking £1 million (€1.26m).

An 18-acre holding at Ballyadams, Athy, Co Kildare was withdrawn at £80,000 (€101,579) and sold later for a higher figure through Bryan O'Doherty.

In Co Clare, a residential 24acre farm at Carrowmore, Scariff, was sold at auction for £330,000 (€419,013) through Kevin Bane.

In Co Donegal, a three-bedroom cottage on 0.5 acres on Derry Road, Letterkenny was sold prior to auction for over the guide price of £200,000 (€253,947) by Sherry FitzGerald-Rainey.

Commercial

In Waterford, an industrial premises on 5.3 acres at Abbey Road, Ferrybank, was sold at auction for £1,030,000 million (€1.30m) through Purcell Properties.

A pharmacy shop, Dowlings at Kilcohan, Waterford was withdrawn by John Rohan.

Also in Waterford, a derelict public house, Bretts on Main Street, Portlaw, was sold at auction for £165,000 (€209,506) by John Rohan.

In Wexford Town a licensed premises known as Maguires of Wexford at 114 South Main Street was withdrawn at £420,000 (€533,289) by John Keane, which is quoting £600,000 (€761,842).

An amusement arcade in Athy, Co Kildare was withdrawn at £150,000 (€190,460) and is under negotiation through Bryan O'Doherty.

Also in Co Kildare, a site with planning permission for 29 detached houses at Caragh Village, Naas was withdrawn by Colm McEvoy.

Sherry FitzGerald-Royal is seeking £500,000 (€634,869) for Kiltale Stores at Kiltale, Co Meath following its withdrawal from auction at £400,000 (€507,895).

In Co Laois, The Folk House public house at Abbeyleix was withdrawn by Morrisseys, which is quoting £750,000 (€952,303).

In Co Kilkenny, 12 acres of residential land at Slieverue was withdrawn and is under negotiation through John Rohan.

Lisney is seeking £1.2 million (€1.52m) for a 2.68-acre development site at Careys Lane, Malahide following its withdrawal from auction.
