Keen prices will be a huge incentive with a new phase of 19 three and four-bedroom houses launching at Station Court, Portarlington, Co Laois, this weekend. With five different styles and prices to choose from, buyers have plenty of choice.

Three-bedroom mid-terraced units start at £105,000 (133,320), four-bedroom end terraces from £117,000 (152,369) and three-bedroom semis from £115,000 (146,020).
