Two tenants for airport complex

HAMILTON Osborne King has disposed of another 64,000 square feet of space at the Airport Business Park, which is being developed close to the entrance to Dublin Airport. The latest occupiers include MAAM Enterprises and GSA International, which have taken a total of 50,000 square feet. The first phase of the development will have 220,000 square feet, which is attracting rents of £6 per square foot and a sale price of £60 per square foot. The second phase of the scheme will have a total of 150,000 square feet.
