D22: from €238,500 Living across the road from the Luas will encourage interest in Mount Talbot, a small development of 130 apartments near the Red Cow at Monastery Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22.
Joint agents J P & M Doyle and Mulrooney Property Consultants will be taking bookings at two show units, which open for viewing this weekend. Twelve two-beds and 36 one-beds are on offer in this phase, which will be ready to move into by early summer this year.
