Twenty-five acres in Delgany likely to top £2m

A site of almost 25 acres with development potential at Knockroe, Delgany, Co Wicklow, is expected to make between £1.5 and £2 million when it is auctioned by Jackson Stops and McCabe on September 18th. The land is currently in agricultural use and located next to Charlesland Golf and Country Club, which has permission to develop part of its site for housing.
