Sandycove: €1.85mNumber 2 Newtownsmith, a stretch of coast road in Sandycove between Dún Laoghaire and Dalkey, Co Dublin, is one of a row of Victorian houses facing straight onto the sea.

It will be auctioned by Lisney on March 28th with an AMV of €1.85 million.

The current owners bought the 228sq m (2,450sq ft) four-bedroom house four years ago and as part of a thoughtful renovation and extension, turned the accommodation upside down, putting the bedrooms downstairs and living areas upstairs.
