The McInerney subsidiary Hillview Securities has logged sales of £7.6 million at Tolka Valley Business Park, Ballyboggan Road, in Glasnevin, Dublin 11. The 31 industrial/ business units with a combined area of 95,000 sq ft have been sold within a short period by agents FJ Frisby and Associates.
About 80 per cent of the space was acquired by owner-occupiers and 20 per cent by investors, typifying current market trends. Prices averaged around £85 per sq ft while rentals were at £7.50 per sq ft. Hillview is also involved in similar developments in Tallaght, Glasnevin and Cork and has earmarked a site in Blanchardstown for another scheme.
