Three-bedroom mid-terrace units start at €305,000 for 93.5 sq m (1,006 sq ft) of living space. Three-bed end terrace houses of 118 sq m (1,270 sq ft) cost from €365,000. The four-bedroom semi-detached houses have 125 sq m (1,340 sq ft) of accommodation and are priced from €430,000.
The three-bedroom houses are laid out in cul-de-sacs with a landscaped area to the front and ample parking. Four-bedroom houses come with cobblelock driveways and front gardens. A total of 150 units will be built at Carrs Mill. Houses in this phase will be ready to move into between May and July .
