ANOTHER indication of the rising value of well-located industrial sites in the Dublin area is provided by the sale of a further tranche of Lister land behind The Red Cow bar and restaurant at Ballymount, Naas Road, Dublin 22. Jones Lang Wootton is understood to have agreed sale terms at more than £180,000 per acre for six acres. The site is being bought by an industrial company. Lister has now disposed of virtually all of. the 50 acres of industrial land it owned at Ballymount.
Also in west Dublin, Fergus Slattery and Associates has. secured £1.64 million for the 50,000-square-foot Tennant and Ruttle industrial plant at Greenhill Road, Tallaght. The 15-year-old building stands on a site of 3.4 acres.
In Clondalkin, Jones Lang Wootton is seeking £75,000 per acre for 14 acres owned by Telecom Eireann and £110,000 per acre for six acres held by Roadstone.
