Tenant sought for offices at IMI

Agent Davin and Co is seeking a tenant for 3,775 sq ft of offices at the Irish Management Institute headquarters at Sandyford Road, Dublin 16. The offices, now occupied by Eagle Star, will be available from June. The agents are quoting a rent of £20 per sq ft for the space and £500 for car-parking spaces. The lease will run for four years and nine months.
