Temple Bar investment sold for £320,000

TEMPLE Bar Properties has secured about £320,000 for a retail investment at 52 Dame Street, Dublin 2, which carries 100 per cent capital allowances. The premises are let to a hairdressing business at a rent of £22,000 per annum. There is 642 square feet at ground floor level and 462 square feet in the basement. The new owner can claim 54 per cent of the purchase price in capital allowances in the first year and 4 per cent per annum in subsequent years.
