Talbot Street building expected to make £500,000

LISNEY is quoting about £500,000 for a three-storey over basement retail building opposite the Irish Life Mall at 16 Talbot Street, Dublin 1. The premises has 5,132 square feet of space, including 1,964 square feet of retail space.

The same agency expects to secure in excess of £160,000 for a retail and residential investment at 44 Harold's Cross Road, Dublin 6W, when it goes to auction on May 21st. The building includes a ground floor retail unit and an overhead apartment with two bedrooms. The current rents total £18,000, including £5,000 from an advertising board on the side of the building.
