Sunny, renovated Appian Way house returns to the market

A substantial period detached house on fashionable Appian Way has returned to the market with a private treaty price of £1.75 million (€2.2m). Number 4, a tall redbrick house on the corner of Winton Road, was guiding £1.8 million (€2.3m) at a Lisney auction last October.
