DTZ Sherry FitzGerald got a strong price of £925,000 for an end of terrace office building at 80 Ranelagh Road, Dublin 6. The pre-auction guide price was £500,000-plus. The two-storey over garden level building has a floor area of 1,941 sq ft, equating to £476 per sq ft - considerably above the going rate for many of the houses in the main Georgian squares.
