Dublin 9/from €230,000: Apartments in a parkland setting in Dublin 9 go on sale from plans today through Gunne New Homes. A marketing suite will be open from today till Sunday at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Northwood Park, Dublin 9, where the plans will be on view.

Parkview is a development of 254 apartments, duplexes and townhouses, to be built in the environment of the park, close to the proposed metro at Ballymun and about 8kms from the city centre.

Forty apartments and duplexes are being sold in the initial phase, although more will be released if this sells out quickly, assures the selling agent.

Completion of phase one is scheduled for summer 2007. Plans for the rejuvenation of the park are comprehensive and will add greatly to the surroundings as the development matures.
